This Sunday at Smithfield Baptist, we invite you to join us for the message “Deliver Us from Evil” from Matthew 6:13.

As we continue exploring the Lord’s Prayer, we will see that Jesus gave us a pattern for prayer that begins with God’s honor, God’s kingdom, and God’s will before turning to our personal needs. This week’s message focuses especially on our need for the Lord’s protection in times of testing and temptation. We will be reminded that while God does not tempt His people to sin, He does call us to trust Him in our weakness, pray for His help, and seek His strength to endure.

This sermon will encourage believers to pursue a deeper prayer life, to rely on God in the midst of spiritual struggle, and to live so that His kingdom, power, and glory are seen in and through us.
