In today’s message, “Two Builders, Two Foundations” from Matthew 7:24–29, we look at Jesus’ closing challenge in the Sermon on the Mount. He teaches that the difference between wisdom and foolishness is not simply hearing the truth, but obeying it. Two lives may look similar on the outside, but what matters most is the foundation underneath.

This sermon calls us to examine whether our lives are truly built on Jesus Christ and His Word, or on unstable foundations like personal opinion, empty religion, or disobedience. When the storms of life come, only what is founded on Christ will endure.
