In this Sunday’s message, “Jesus Crucified, Dead, and Buried,” we reflect on one of the foundational truths of the Christian faith: Jesus Christ truly entered our world, suffered, was crucified, died, and was buried.

The cross may have looked like defeat, but it was part of God’s plan of redemption. Jesus willingly gave His life for our sins, taking the penalty we deserved so that we could receive forgiveness and hope. His death was real. His burial was real. And because of that, the salvation He offers is real.

Even when it seems that God is silent and hope has been sealed behind a stone, He is still at work. The story does not end at the tomb—Resurrection Sunday is coming!
